Within the working environment, a corporate climate is defined that is expressed through a variety of behaviours on the part of the organisation's members. Yes-Men and Brownnosers enter the relational dynamics and can lead to a higher or lower level of perceived organisational well-being. A positive climate is more likely to return more results-oriented, collective as well as individual well-being. Conversely, a negative climate influences not only work performance but also personal well-being, to the extent that it can become a trigger for certain disconforts, or even pathologies, including anxiety disorders or depression. The aim of this research was to preliminarily evaluate the psychometric properties of assessment instruments and explore the possible presence of anxiety and depressive symptoms.

Abstract
Within the working environment, a corporate climate is defined that is expressed through a variety of behaviours on the part of the organisation's members. Yes-Men and Brownnosers enter the relational dynamics and can lead to a higher or lower level of perceived organisational well-being. A positive climate is more likely to return more results-oriented, collective as well as individual well-being. Conversely, a negative climate influences not only work performance but also personal well-being, to the extent that it can become a trigger for certain disconforts, or even pathologies, including anxiety disorders or depression. The aim of this research was to preliminarily evaluate the psychometric properties of assessment instruments and explore the possible presence of anxiety and depressive symptoms.File | Dimensione | Formato | |
