This thesis looks at 67 businesses that are in the top 1% of their respective S&P Global ESG Score categories in terms of their sustainable Human Resource Management (HRM) practices. To improve the clarity of the database, we first divided the businesses into categories based on their geographic location, number of employees, and revenue, and afterwards We examine the degree to which these organizations employ sustainable HRM practices using a comprehensive model that was created by tpánka Hronová and Miroslav Paek and developed from a number of studies. The results offer useful data about the acceptance and popularity of sustainable HRM practices.The study provides direction for businesses looking to improve their sustainable HRM plans and provides the foundation for more study in the field. The study also provides recommendations for managers looking to create efficient HRM plans that are aligned with sustainability goals. they may improve their own sustainable HRM strategies learning from the practices used by international leading companies.
