The paper aims to analyze how the democratic project can be undermined by the combination of corruption, lobbying and private financing of political activity and seeks to propose solutions, from a preventive and repressive perspective, of the aforementioned phenomena. In particular, through the analysis in general of the world of political foundations and the cases cd Open Foundation and Qatargate, an attempt will be made to support a strong and concrete application of the model provided for in Legislative Decree 231/01.
L'elaborato si pone l'obiettivo di analizzare come il progetto democratico possa venire intaccato dal combinato disposto tra corruzione, lobbying e finanziamento privato dell'attività politica e cerca di proporre delle soluzioni, in ottica preventiva e repressiva, dei fenomeni poc'anzi citati. In particolare, attraverso l'analisi in generale del mondo delle fondazioni politiche e dei casi cd Fondazione Open e Qatargate, si cercherà di sostenere una forte e concreta applicazione del modello previsto dal d.lgs. n. 231/01
