La protezione dei minori stranieri non accompagnati nell'Unione Europea

In my thesis I will examine the topic of unaccompanied foreign minors and the protection received by the European Union in this regard. It will highlight the problems and the current situation going to analyze the phenomenon from different points of view. The thesis will be based on the competences of the European Union in this regard and the relevant legislative texts that have made it possible to amplify the protection of foreign minors.

Nella tesi approfondirò il tema dei minori stranieri non accompagnati e delle tutele ricevute dall'Unione Europea in merito. Si evidenzieranno le problematiche e la situazione presente attualmente andando ad analizzare il fenomeno da diversi punti di vista. La tesi si baserà sulle competenze dell'Unione Europea a riguardo e dei rilevanti testi normativi che hanno permesso di amplificare la protezione dei minori stranieri.
