ALLINEAMENTO INTERFUNZIONALE NELLA GESTIONE SU COMMESSA: IL CASO STUDIO BEDESCHI SPA

Adequate communication between commercial, production and project control areas is important throughout the life cycle of a project, because from the moment a project is accepted there are details and considerations that must be taken care of according to the allocated budget estimate . A proper budget is the key during the execution and to control the progress of a project, so the less the uncertainty, the higher the profitability. The information managed by the three areas analyzed can be of two natures: technical and economical, becoming the latest one the key for the decision-making strategy adopted by the general management. This case study seeks to improve communication and information sharing between the analyzed areas, with data reflecting current production costs, based on historical data and previous projects. The existing information is evaluated on the basis of a common term between the areas studied: costs and their structure at company level. The management of the information and its synchronization based on costs and its structure will be carried out through the use of modern software that allows to obtain current production costs in a simple, fast, secure, real-time and accessible way for the analyzed areas.

Un'adeguata comunicazione tra le aree commerciale, produzione e controllo di progetto è importante durante tutto il ciclo di vita di un progetto, perché dal momento in cui un progetto viene accettato ci sono dettagli e considerazioni che devono essere curate in base al budget previsionale assegnato. Un corretto budget è l'elemento chiave per eseguire e controllare l'avanzamento di un progetto, quindi quando l'incertezza è minore, maggiore è la redditività. Le tre aree analizzate gestiscono informazioni di natura tecnica ed economica, quest'ultima diventa chiave per la presa di decisioni della direzione generale della società. Questo caso studio cerca di migliorare la comunicazione e condivisione dell'informazione tra le aree analizzate, con dati che riflettano i costi di produzione attuali, basati su dati storici e progetti precedenti, informazioni già esistenti che si valuta in base a un termine comune tra le aree studiate: i costi e la loro struttura a livello aziendale. La gestione dell'informazione e la sua sincronizzazione in base ai costi e alla sua struttura sarà effettuata mediante l'utilizzo di moderni sistemi informatici che consentano di ricavare i costi correnti di produzione in modo semplice, veloce, sicuro, in tempo reale e accessibile per le aree analizzate.
