The thesis is about the opening of a new company (Diesel Portugal) on Stealth3000. During my internship at OTB group I had the opportunity to be part of this project. The initial chapters of my work are about how the ERP works and the fundamentals of S3K for a fuller appreciation of the project itself. In the following chapters all the steps of the process are outlined together with both the issues met and the solutions implemented.
