L'intervento educativo nell'inserimento in comunità residenziale tra Legge 112/2016 e centro diurno

The thesis aims to analyze Law 112/2016 and the Day Centre service for people with disabilities in order to observe how these can be an opportunity, for people with disabilities, to get closer to the reality of the residential community and, above all, give an answer to the fateful question that torments all families who meet disabilities: "what will happen to my child when I can no longer assist him?". Through the analysis of the educational methodology proposed within the day centers and noting the strengths and critical points of the legislation, also through comparison with the rest of the world, we came to the conclusion that Italy is a cutting-edge country in many aspects, but we cannot yet say that we have fully overcome the problem of the "After Us".

L'elaborato ha l'obiettivo di analizzare la Legge 112/2016 e il servizio del Centro diurno per le persone con disabilità al fine di osservare come questi possano essere un'opportunità di avvicinamento, per le persone con disabilità, alla realtà della comunità residenziale e, soprattutto, dare una risposta alla fatidica domanda che tormenta tutte le famiglie che incontrano la disabilità: "che ne sarà di mio figlio quando io non potrò più assisterlo?". Attraverso l'analisi della metodologia educativa proposta all'interno dei Centri diurni e rilevando i punti di forza e criticità della normativa, anche attraverso il confronto con il resto del mondo, si è giusti alla conclusione che l'Italia è un paese all'avanguardia per molti aspetti, ma non si può ancora dire di aver superato pienamente il problema del "Dopo di Noi".
