The paper deals with the promotion of autonomy in teenagers who are faced, sometimes without any family support, with difficult situations. Specifically, after a historical-legal framework of the socio.educational services addressed to them, the focus is on the Daytime Educational Communities, whose purposes and objectives are analyzed, also entering into the merits of the functions performed by the educational figures who work within them. Subsequently, the characteristics of autonomy in pre-adolescents and adolescents are deepened. Finally, always in correlation with the topic in question, it is proposed to re-read a traineeship experience carried out at the Murialdo Community of Mirano.
L’elaborato verte sul tema della promozione dell’autonomia in ragazzi che si trovano a dover affrontare, talvolta senza alcun supporto familiare, delle situazioni difficili. Nello specifico, dopo un inquadramento storico e giuridico dei servizi socio-educativi ad essi rivolti, l’attenzione si focalizza sulle Comunità Educative Diurne, di cui si analizzano finalità e obiettivi, entrando anche nel merito delle funzioni svolte dalle figure educative che operano al loro interno. Successivamente si approfondiscono le caratteristiche dell’autonomia nei preadolescenti e negli adolescenti. Infine, sempre in correlazione con la tematica in questione, si propone la rilettura di un’esperienza di tirocinio effettuata presso la Comunità Murialdo di Mirano.
