The thesis work is to compare the main Health and Safety regulations regarding the inclusion of machinery within the company. starting from the conformity assessment and then analyzing the residual risks, updating the DVR, informing and training the staff and then concluding with the registration pursuant to the updates of Legislative Decree 81/2008 as amended. introduced by Law 2015/2021

L'elaborato della tesi è quello di mettere a confronto le principali normative in materia di Salute e Sicurezza per quanto concerne l'inserimento di un macchinario all'interno dell'azienda. partendo dalla valutazione di conformità per poi analizzare i rischi residui, effettuare l'aggiornamento del DVR , l 'informazione e all'addestramento del personale per poi concludere con la registrazione ai sensi degli aggiornamenti de D.Lgs. 81/2008 s.m.i. intrdotti dalla L. 2015/2021
