Abstract
In recent years, the use of stress cardiac MRI has become fundamental in the analysis of myocardial and vascular pathologies. Thanks to this method, infact, it is possible to obtain detailed morpho-functional information not otherwise obtainable. This data is essential not only for the correct classification of the pathology affecting the patient, but also for studying it in a more accurate and complete way. In the field of cardio-MRI, one of the most used sequences is the first pass perfusion sequence, which has proven to be extremely useful in the diagnostic process, as it provides valid indications for the analysis of ischemic heart disease and microcirculatory disorders. The purpose of this thesis consists in the assessment and optimization of the aforementioned sequence, routinely used in many hospital centers and in continuous development, by virtue of the improvements brought about by the progressive implementation of new technologies.File | Dimensione | Formato | |
