Personnel selection in Italy does not pay particular attention to discriminatory aspects when the discrimination is indirect and therefore inherent in the selection process. Adopting process control systems and relying on statistics makes it possible to improve internal processes and make them more compatible with the theme of diversity and inclusion.
La selezione del personale in Italia ad oggi non si cura particolarmente di aspetti discriminatori quando la discriminazione è indiretta e quindi insita nel processo di selezione stesso. Adottare sistemi di controllo del processo e affidarsi alla statistica consente di migliorare i processi interni e renderli più compatibili con il tema della diversity and inclusion.
