Obiettivo della relazione finale è proporre un'analisi comparativa tra i parchi eolici off-shore situati in Italia e nel Mare del Nord. Il lavoro si concentra sulla valutazione degli aspetti ambientali, normativi, tecnici, sociali ed economici di entrambe le regioni in esame. Fornisce anche una panoramica esaustiva delle differenze tra le due località, identificando le sfide specifiche che sono state affrontate e le soluzioni adottate.
