Il lato oscuro della chiamata professionale. Analisi della relazione con burnout, salute mentale e benessere.

The thesis I present aims to analyze the phenomenon of career calling, and in particular one of its possible negative effects, burnout, through existing theories in the literature and their implications. The relationship between the two dimensions, mentioned above, will be examined in depth by conducting a survey questionnaire on a sample of 116 workers.

La tesi che presento si propone di analizzare il fenomeno della chiamata professionale, e in particolare uno dei suoi possibili effetti negativi, il burnout, attraverso le teorie esistenti in letteratura e le loro implicazioni. La relazione tra le due dimensioni, di cui sopra, sarà esaminato in maniera approfondita conducendo un questionario di indagine su un campione di 116 lavoratori.
