Confronto di metodi di cubatura e di calcolo degli incrementi in una particella forestale (piceo-abieteto) nel comune di Auronzo di Cadore

The aim of this thesis is to compare the different methods of calculating volumes, in particular those that are more analytical, through the use of Tabacchi tables and tariffs of the Province of Trento and Veneto, and those that are more expeditious, such as the use of polyspecific tariffs. Methods of calculating increments are also compared. The area under consideration is a forest stand in the municipality of Auronzo di Cadore in the Veneto Region, and the species involved are spruce and fir. The data necessary for the drafting of this thesis were collected within the plot, where fifty-eight target plants were identified and chosen using a systematic criterion. Of these plants, diameter, height and incremental cores were noted and taken. Around this plant, in an area of 10 m of radius, the plants that were inside were measured in diameter and the distance between them and the target plant was measured. In a second survey phase, the widths of the core rings of the fifty-eight plants were measured in the laboratory. Finally, using Excel software, the data could be reprocessed to obtain the values of volumes and increments.

L'obiettivo della presente tesi è quello di mettere a confronto i diversi metodi di calcolo dei volumi, in particolare quelli più analitici, mediante l'uso delle tavole Tabacchi e delle tariffe della Provincia di Trento e del Veneto, e quelli più speditivi, come l'uso delle tariffe polispecifiche. Vengono inoltre confrontati i metodi di calcolo degli incrementi. L'area presa in esame è una particella nel comune di Auronzo di Cadore nella regione Veneto, e le specie interessate sono abete bianco e abete rosso. I dati necessari per la stesura della tesi sono stati raccolti all'interno della particella, dove sono state individuate cinquantotto piante obiettivo, scelte con criterio sistematico. Di queste piante si è rilevato diametro, altezza e si è prelevata una carota incrementale. Attorno a questa pianta, in un'area di 10 m di raggio, sono state misurate in diametro le piante che si trovavano all'interno e si è misurata la distanza tra queste e la pianta obiettivo. In una seconda fase di rilievo, in laboratorio sono state misurate le ampiezze degli anelli delle carote delle cinquantotto piante. Infine tramite il software Excel è stato possibile rielaborare i dati per ottenere i valori dei volumi e degli incrementi.
