Minorities represent a significant part of the world’s population and are characterised by cultural, linguistic, religious or ethnic diversity compared to the majority. Often, minorities have faced discrimination and prejudice in the society in which they live. The level of minorities at school can vary greatly depending on the context and educational policy of the country in which the school is located. In some countries, education systems actively promote and support the inclusion of minorities, seeking to ensure quality education for all students, regardless of their ethnic origin.
Le minoranze rappresentano una parte significativa della popolazione mondiale e sono caratterizzate da una diversità culturale, linguistica, religiosa o etnica rispetto alla maggioranza. Spesso, le minoranze hanno affrontato discriminazioni e pregiudizi nella società in cui vivono. Il livello delle minoranze a scuola può variare notevolmente in base al contesto e alla politica educativa del paese in cui si trova la scuola. In alcuni paesi, i sistemi educativi promuovono e sostengono attivamente l'inclusione delle minoranze, cercando di garantire un'educazione di qualità a tutti gli studenti, indipendentemente dalla loro origine etnica.
