Technological evolution has profoundly changed the type of leadership. As a result of the Covid-19 pandemic, leaders have had to change their competency spaces, not limiting themselves to only a physical relationship but also a virtual one. In this paper, a study is conducted on the effects that leadership patterns have on organizational well-being. The purpose of this paper is to help organizations intervene in a future, increasingly virtual environment so that a virtuous and productive environment can be established itself.
L'evoluzione tecnologica ha modificato profondamente la tipologia di leadership. In seguito alla pandemia da Covid-19, i leader hanno dovuto modificare i propri spazi di competenza, non limitandosi al solo rapporto fisico ma anche ad uno virtuale. In questo elaborato, viene realizzato uno studio sugli effetti che i modelli di leadership hanno sul benessere organizzativo. Tale elaborato ha come finalità aiutare le organizzazioni ad intervenire in un contesto futuro, sempre più virtuale, affinché possa instaurarsi lo stesso un ambiente virtuoso e produttivo.
