Dal taylorismo al Paradigma Resource-Based View. Il metodo ZoomUp per la gestione dei processi nella comunicazione interna con uno sguardo alle strutture sanitarie

Behind our backs lies a century and more of history about the organization of firms that, even if for a limited period of time, has been shaped and evolved according the cultural, social and economic influences. It's in this frame that the internal communication takes shape and gets more relevance and necessity with increasing of organizational complexity, in particular for the proper functioning of business processes. The issue of internal processes is still debated today and this thesis aims to investigate one of the most recent approches of process management, defined "ZoomUp method", with a in-depth study that interest the healthcare facilities, complex and structured frames that look after a special client, the patient.

Alle nostre spalle giace un secolo e più di storia sull'organizzazione delle aziende che, seppur in breve tempo, si è plasmata ed evoluta secondo le influenze economiche, sociali e culturali. È in questo contesto che prende forma la comunicazione interna e assume maggiore rilevanza e necessità all'aumentare della complessità organizzativa, in particolare per il buon funzionamento dei processi aziendali. Il tema dei processi interni è molto dibattuto oggi e questa tesi mira a indagare uno degli approcci più recenti della gestione dei processi, definito "metodo ZoomUp", con un approfondimento sui processi interni che interessano le strutture sanitarie, contesti complessi e articolati che si curano di un cliente speciale, il paziente.
