In the thesis the types of knots between three polymer rings will be classified. In this regard, a C program has been implemented which, through Monte Carlo methods, simulates different closed path configurations in a cubic lattice having at least one vertex at a unit distance from the other. Subsequently, once a sufficient number of unrelated configurations has been obtained, the quantity and type of nodes obtained are analyzed using topological indices.
Nella tesi saranno classificati i tipi di nodi tra tre polymer rings. A tal proposito è stato implementato un programma in c che attraverso metodi monte carlo simula diverse configurazioni di closed path in un reticolo cubico aventi almeno un vertice a distanza unitaria dall'altro. Successivamente, ottenuto un numero sufficiente di configurazioni scorrelate tra loro, si va ad analizzare usando indici topologici la qiuantità ed il tipo di nodi ottenuti.
