Description of the data flows between the company and freight forwarders, description of the resolution of some problems in the testing phase and description of the drafting of both the user manual for company employees and the exercise document necessary during the user training phase about the usage of SAP ERP.

Presentazione del progetto di implementazione di un sistema SAP ERP con riferimento ad un'azienda automobilistica italiana. Illustrazione dei flussi dei dati tra azienda e spedizionieri, esposizione della risoluzione di alcuni problemi in fase di test e descrizione della redazione del manuale utente per i dipendenti dell'azienda, oltre al documento di esercizi necessario durante la fase di training dell'utente all'utilizzo di SAP ERP.
