Interest in organizational well-being appears to be increasingly widespread, involving not only individuals but also companies themselves. It is becoming clear that "how" profit is generated within a company is at least as important as the quantitative yield. The following work is configured as qualitative research, conducted through a three-month ethnography within a Teal organization in Veneto. Subsequently, twenty interviews were conducted in a dialogic style with the company members belonging to the different teams, in such a way as to be able to reach a broader and more in-depth vision of the topic covered.
L'interesse nei confronti del benessere organizzativo risulta essere sempre più diffuso, coinvolgendo non solo gli individui, ma anche le aziende stesse. È sempre più evidente che il "come" si genera profitto all'interno di un'azienda sia importante, almeno tanto quanto la resa quantitativa. Il seguente elaborato si configura come una ricerca qualitativa, condotta tramite un'etnografia della durata di tre mesi all'interno di un'organizzazione Teal situata nel nord-ovest del Veneto. Successivamente, sono state condotte venti interviste in stile dialogico dialogale con i membri dell'azienda appartenenti ai diversi team, in modo tale da poter arrivare a una visione più ampia ed approfondita del tema trattato.
