This paper analyzes how research and attention to sustainability influence the distribution model of both Italian and foreign wine companies, mainly comparing the differences between bulk wine and bottled wine. Particular attention is paid to the key concepts of "Bottle Wine", "Bulk Wine" and the concept of sustainability applied to both. The impact of the adoption of sustainable strategies in both contexts is examined, trying to explain how certain choices modify the dynamics of wine companies. Through a questionnaire administered to some local companies, I illustrate the results obtained until reaching significant conclusions.
In questo elaborato viene effettuata un'analisi di come la ricerca e l'attenzione alla sostenibilità vanno ad influenzare il modello di distribuzione delle imprese vinicole sia italiane sia straniere, confrontando principalmente le differenze tra il vino sfuso e il vino confezionato in bottiglia. Si presta particolare attenzione ai concetti chiave del "Bottle Wine", del "Bulk Wine” e al concetto di sostenibilità applicato ad entrambi. Viene esaminato l'impatto dell'adozione di strategie sostenibili in entrambi i contesti cercando di spiegare come determinate scelte modificano le dinamiche delle aziende vitivinicole. Attraverso un questionario somministrato ad alcune aziende del territorio, illustro i risultati ottenuti fino a giungere a delle conclusioni significative.
