This final paper examines the effectiveness of integrated reporting in Italian companies, focusing on three business cases: Unicredit, Enel and Generali. Through a detailed analysis of key variables and results in the integrated reporting of these organisations. The aim is to understand the best practices adopted, challenges faced and opportunities that have emerged in the implementation of integrated reporting. The results contribute to the understanding of the role of integrated reporting in promoting transparency, accountability and value in Italian companies, providing insights to improve corporate reporting and alignment with stakeholder expectations.
Questa prova finale esamina l’efficacia del reporting integrato nelle aziende italiane, focalizzandosi su tre casi aziendali: Unicredit, Enel e Generali. Attraverso un’analisi dettagliata delle variabili chiave e dei risultati nel reporting integrato di queste organizzazioni. L’obiettivo è comprendere le migliori pratiche adottate, le sfide affrontate e le opportunità emerse nell’implementazione del reporting integrato. I risultati contribuiscono alla comprensione del ruolo del reporting integrato nella promozione della trasparenza, della responsabilità e del valore delle aziende italiane, fornendo indicazioni per migliorare la rendicontazione aziendale e l’allineamento con le aspettative degli stakeholder.
