The present thesis concerns the historical-archaeological context of the necropolis of CUS-Piovego of Padua (VI century BC - first half IV B.C.), excavated in the 70s and 80s by the then Institute of Archaeology of Padua and still today the subject of study by the Department of Cultural Heritage of our University. In particular, since the dental analysis conducted on the segment of buried has allowed to highlight in some of them the patterns of tooth wear particular, this research involves macro and micro-wear analysis (metallographic microscope) of the dental micro-wear of 7 of these individuals (TUFC1-TII-TIII-TXIX-TXX-TXXI-TXXII) in order to obtain information on how the teeth were used as a 'third hand' in daily activities.
