Nowadays Artificial intelligence (AI) has come into widespread awareness: it is and will be the future of the business world. It drives almost every business unit and CRM in one area that is benefiting the most in leveraging better customer experience. For organizations to utilize AI to the fullest extent, there needs to be an understanding of how to implement it successfully. The main objective of this study is to draw a path, a guideline, to successfully adopt AI in B2B businesses. The thesis is sustained by concrete case studies.
Oggigiorno l'intelligenza artificiale (IA) è entrata a far parte del mondo rapidamente: è e sarà il futuro del mondo degli affari. Essa guida quasi tutte le unità aziendali e il CRM è una delle aree che ne trae maggior beneficio, migliorando l'esperienza del cliente. Affinché le organizzazioni possano sfruttare al massimo l'IA, è necessario comprendere come implementarla con successo. L'obiettivo principale di questo studio è tracciare un percorso, una linea guida, per adottare con successo l'IA nelle imprese B2B. La tesi è supportata da casi studio concreti.
