LA DIMENSIONE GLOBALE DELL'IA: VERSO NORME INTERNAZIONALI CONDIVISE

The work speak about a recent topic: artificial intelligence. The topic was developed with references of impact on international relations, as well as the distinct sectoral applications that derive from it and the new regulatory frontiers for the fair management of this new technological phenomenon. The project is divided into 3 chapters: the first dedicated to the general overview of the topic, the second to mainly military applications and the third to European legislative responses. All enclosed by a brief introduction and conclusion.

Il lavoro si è svolto attorno a una tematica recente: l'intelligenza artificiale. L'argomento è stato sviluppato con riferimenti d'impatto sulle relazioni internazionali, nonché le distinte applicazioni settoriali che da esso ne derivano e le nuove frontiere di regolamentazione per l'equa gestione di questo nuovo fenomeno tecnologico. Il progetto è articolato in 3 capitoli: il primo dedicato alla panoramica generale del tema, il secondo agli impieghi principalmente militari e il terzo alle risposte legislative europee. Il tutto racchiuso da una breve introduzione e conclusione.
