Narrating, recounting one's experiences and the emotions felt, in an effective and constructive way and in an educational environment that is inclusive and empathetic, is essential in an age characterized by great changes such as adolescence; during the pandemic period, the psychological well-being of young people was particularly affected by the global crisis, both at an individual and relational level, and for this reason today more than ever the need to implement educational strategies that can support them emerges. Narration, in emergency situations such as that of the Covid-19 pandemic, is therefore to be considered a valid educational and didactic tool that allows those affected, and in particular young people, to deal with the problematic and traumatic event in the most positive way possible. The theoretical analysis on the effectiveness of narration in this area is also supported in this work by a case study on emotional management and the validity of the narrative act conducted in a class before secondary school.

Abstract
The theoretical analysis on the effectiveness of narration in this area is also supported in this work by a case study on emotional management and the validity of the narrative act conducted in a class before secondary school.File | Dimensione | Formato | |
