This document is a brief description of the difficulties encountered during the process of construction of the remote control vehicle: "Kowalsky", which took part in the international competition: Air Cargo Challenge 2022 - AkaModell München. The drone was designed and built through the Lift Up project. This document focuses on the construction process of the spars, (Supporting element of the structure of a vehicle). The trial was not immediate, but it was necessary several versions. The materials, the number of fibers, their arrangement, and also the method of manufacture of the spars have been changed. After each new version, tests were carried out, was discovered new criticalities and errors, which were corrected to the next. This document summarizes the whole construction process.
Questo elaborato è una breve descrizione delle difficoltà incontrate durante il processo di costruzione del veicolo a comando remoto: "Kowalsky", che ha preso parte alla competizione internazionale: Air Cargo Challenge 2022 - AkaModell München. Il drone è stato ideato, progettato e costruito tramite il progetto Lift Up. Questo documento pone l'attenzione sul processo di costruzione dei longheroni, (Elemento portante della struttura di un veicolo). Il processo non è stato immediato, ma ha visto diverse versioni. Sono stati cambiati i materiali, il numero delle fibre, la loro disposizione, e anche il modo di fabbricazione del longherone. Dopo ogni nuova versione sono stati effettuati dei test, i quali evidenziavano nuove criticità ed errori, che venivano corretti alla successiva. Questo documento riassume tutto il processo di costruzione.
