The first chapter analyzes the creation and evaluation of the IPO (Initial Public Offering), and also analyzes the reasons why a company decides to go public. In the second part of the document, three companies in the education sector and their stock market listing are analysed.

Il documento si concentra sulla spiegazione della quotazione e di tutti gli elementi che la compongono. Nel primo capitolo viene analizzata la creazione e la valutazione dell’IPO (Offerta Pubblica Iniziale), e vengono analizzate anche le motivazioni per la quale un’azienda decide di quotarsi. Nella seconda parte del documento vengono analizzate tre aziende del settore educativo e la loro quotazione in Borsa.
