The purpose of this paper is the analysis of DE&I, Diversity, Equality and Inclusion, programs in Italian companies. After a historical overview of how these values were first considered necessary, then it is analyzed how advantageous they are, not only for employees, but also for the companies themselves. Subsequently, two fundamental aspects of corporate culture are observed, the Job Satisfaction and the Organizational Commitment, and the correlation that is established between these two factors and DE&I strategies. Finally, in the last chapter, it is illustrated a research conducted through the creation of a questionnaire. The aim of this research is to quantify the presence of DE&I policies in Italian companies, as well as the level of job satisfaction, through the Job Satisfaction Survey, and organizational commitment, through the Organizational Commitment Scale. Furthermore,it has been verified to what extent, consequently, these three factors can influence each other.
