Starting from the analysis of the Public Relations activity, the research will cover topics such as communication, explained through its five axioms, the importance of relationships and listening in working contexts, as well as internal communication and its four dimensions. It will then get to the heart of the paper, which aims to present the new competences required by the labour market, the so-called 'soft skills' or 'transversal competences', i.e. those personal, non-technical skills that people must have in order to perform their job to the best of their ability. At this point, the third chapter will delve into the main soft skills and the ways used by companies to improve the skills of their employees. Finally, the research will report on my internship experience at the Berica Editrice publishing company.
Partendo dall’analisi dell’attività di Relazioni pubbliche, la ricerca tratterà temi quali la comunicazione, spiegata attraverso i suoi cinque assiomi, l’importanza delle relazioni e dell’ascolto nei contesti lavorativi, nonché la comunicazione interna e le sue quattro dimensioni. Successivamente si entrerà nel vivo dell’elaborato, che si propone di presentare le nuove competenze richieste dal mercato del lavoro, le cosiddette “Soft skills” o “competenze trasversali”, ovvero quelle abilità personali, non tecniche, che le persone devono avere per svolgere al meglio la propria mansione. A questo punto, il terzo capitolo approfondirà le Soft skills principali e le modalità utilizzate dalle imprese per migliorare le competenze dei propri dipendenti. Infine, la ricerca riporterà la mia esperienza di tirocinio presso la realtà editoriale Berica Editrice.
Le soft skills come risorsa fondamentale per il futuro. Cresce l’attenzione per la persona all’interno dei contesti organizzativi.
