Deepfake: analisi del fenomeno e di come stanno influenzando le nostre vite

In this thesis, the phenomenon of deepfakes is analysed, starting with their emergence and how artificial intelligence is applied to create them, and then going on to examine how they are influencing our society. It then analyses the pros and cons of deepfakes according to the way they are used, focusing on the techniques used to detect them and the legislation introduced by states to regulate them.

In questa tesi si analizza il fenomeno dei deepfake partendo dalla loro nascita e da come viene applicata l'intelligenza artificiale per crearli, passando poi ad esaminare come stanno influenzando la nostra società. Si analizzano, quindi, i pro e contro dei deepfake in base al modo in cui vengono utilizzati facendo un focus sulle tecniche per individuarli e sulla normativa introdotta dagli stati per regolamentarli.
