LA FRODE CONTABILE NELLE SOCIETA' QUOTATE IN ITALIA

With this thesis I will explain and analyze what concerns corporate fraud and subsequent bankruptcies in listed companies in Italy. In particular I will highlight the Parmalat case. Specifically what happens within the corporate reality, the falsification and manipulation of the economic-financial part, incorrect behavior on the part of the various auditors, on incorrect control. The balance sheet, which aims to immediately understand the company's performance, whether we are faced with good or bad performance. If the data proposed gives rise to doubts at first glance. Secondly, highlighting what fraud means, the elements that lead the company to commit fraud and the details that allow us to identify the incorrect act. Finally, the Parmalat scandal will be studied. A fraudulent bankruptcy scandal that led to the company's bankruptcy. Everything was discovered in 2003 even if difficulties could already be noticed in the 1980s.

Con la presente tesi andrò a spiegare ed analizzare ciò che tratta le frodi aziendali e i successivi fallimenti nelle società quotate in Italia. In particolare evidenzierò il caso Parmalat. Nello specifico ciò che accade all’interno della realtà societaria, la falsificazione e manipolazione della parte economico- patrimoniale, comportamenti scorretti da parte dei vari revisori, sul non corretto controllo. Il bilancio, che ha come scopo di far capire subito l’andamento della società, se ci troviamo davanti ad un buono o scorretto andamento. Se i dati proposti danno a colpo d’occhio dei dubbi. In secondo luogo l’evidenziazione di ciò che vuol dire frode, gli elementi che portano la società a commettere frode e i particolari che ci fanno individuare l’atto scorretto. Infine si studierà lo scandalo Parmalat. Uno scandalo di bancarotta fraudolenta che portò al fallimento dellavstessa. Il tutto venne scoperto nel 2003 anche se già dagli anni ottanta si potevano notare delle difficoltà.
