INTELLIGENZA ARTIFICIALE: CHATGPT E IL GIUDICE COLOMBIANO

The proposed dissertation examines how Chat Gpt influences the case study of a Colombian judge's legal decision and its function in decision-making. The first chapter will examine the function of artificial intelligence (A.I. ), exploring its legal implications and providing a quick summary of the first legal proposal on the subject. The working regions of Chat GPT and the ensuing ramifications of its use will be covered in the second chapter. In order to address the concerns raised, the dissertation will also look into Chat Gpt data availability and management. The last chapter will look at a case study of a Colombian judge's decision that used Chat Gpt, with an emphasis on whether or not employing this research is legal under the country's constitution.

La seguente tesi, mira a spiegare ed esporre in che modo Chat Gpt è stata in grado di influenzare e di prendere decisione su una sentenza presentata di fronte ad un giudice Colombiano. Come primo passo viene studiato il concetto di intelligenza artificiale, approfondendo cos'è, come apprende ed alcuni aspetti giuridici ad essa associati, andando ad illustrare brevemente la prima proposta giuridica europea e mondiale in tema di intelligenza artificiale. Nel secondo capitolo continueremo a spiegare cos'è Chat Gpt, in quali ambiti può essere introdotta e i problemi che possono sorgere a seguito del suo utilizzo. Non di meno importanza si cercherà di dare una risposta sull’affidabilità dei dati appresi da Chat Gpt, utilizzati poi da essa, per rispondere alle domande che le verranno poste. Nel capitolo finale verrà esaminata la sentenza emessa dal giudice colombiano con l’ausilio di Chat Gpt, indagando se la Costituzione colombiana si fa carico di esprimere pareri riguardo questa nuova frontiera tecnologica.
