LA MATERNITA' TRA POLITICHE SOCIALI E STRUMENTI DI WELFARE

The essay addresses various important issues related to maternity, such as: the tools made available to workers (various leaves), the European legislation on maternity, the decline in births and the related history of the demographic growth of the Italy, observing that tools for family-work conciliation. Furthermore, the different tools to support the birth rate are compared between various European countries, highlighting very important discrepancies on the demographic side. Last but not least, the phenomenon of mobbing, which has repercussions not only on the personal and professional dignity of the working mother but also on the organization of the employer and the corporate culture.

Nell'elaborato vengono affrontate diverse tematiche importanti e connesse alla maternità, come: gli strumenti messi a disposizione delle lavoratrici e lavoratori(vari congedi), la normativa europea in tema di maternità, il calo delle nascite e la relativa storia sulla crescita demografica dell’Italia, osservando che strumenti per la conciliazione famiglia-lavoro. Inoltre, vengono messi a confronto, tra vari paesi europei, i diversi strumenti a sostegno della natalità evidenziando discrepanze molto importanti sul versante demografico. Infine, e non meno importante, il fenomeno del Mobbing, che si ripercuote non solo sulla dignità personale e professionale della madre lavoratrice ma anche sull’organizzazione del datore di lavoro e sulla cultura aziendale.
