QUASI EX CONTRACTU

This thesis deals with the topic of "Quasi ex contractu". During the writing of the elaborated I dedicated to on various themes and topics, starting from the idea of law according to the Romans, to then deal with the theme of the sources of law, the tripartition Gaiana and quadripartition Giustinianea, by concluding to obligations and contracts. Following this introductory draft I focused on "Quasi Contracts", explaining and analyzing the definition, history, types and scope of application of these institutions.

Questa tesi tratta il tema dei "Quasi ex contractu". Durante la stesura della tesi mi sono concentrato su vari temi ed argomenti, partendo dall'idea di diritto secondo i Romani, per poi trattare il tema delle fonti del diritto, la tripartizione Gaiana e la Quadripartizione Giustinianea, fino ad arrivare alle obbligazioni e ai contratti. Successivamente a questa stesura introduttiva mi sono concentrato sui "Quasi Contratti", andando a spiegare ed analizzare la definizione, la storia, le tipologie e l'ambito di applicazione di questi istituti.
