La società benefit: unione tra profitto e sostenibilità. Presentazione di un caso aziendale.

This thesis deals with benefit societies, but also takes a look at the world of sustainable agriculture. The thesis presented consists of three sections: the first part offers a comprehensive overview of the Benefit Corporation legislation provided for in the 2015 Stability Law. It defines the characteristics, benefits of the company and who is involved in it. The second part focuses on the information obligations that the company must report annually, such as the impact report. In addition, the impact assessment is analysed, its principles, its constituent elements and, above all, why it is important to carry it out. The main known evaluation standards are described and what an integrated report consists of. The third part pays attention to the world of sustainable agriculture. Reference is made to a farm in the Veneto region that produces different types of wine, and then the sustainability strategies implemented by the company are described. It dwells on the techniques and models used in sustainable agriculture to move on to the increasingly emerging topic of agriculture 4.0.

La tesi elaborata tratta di società benefit, ma non solo si occupa di dare uno sguardo al mondo dell'agricoltura sostenibile. La tesi presentata è composta da tre sezioni: la prima parte offre un quadro completo in ambito di normativa di Società Benefit previsto dalla Legge di Stabilità del 2015. Vengono definiti le caratteristiche, i vantaggi della società e quali sono i soggetti che se ne occupano. La seconda parte si concentra sugli obblighi informativi che la società deve riportare annualmente come la relazione d'impatto. Inoltre viene analizzata la valutazione d'impatto, i suoi principi, gli elementi che la costituiscono e soprattutto perchè è importante realizzarla. Vengono descritti i principali standard di valutazione noti e in cosa consiste un report integrato. La terza parte pone attenzione al mondo dell'agricoltura sostenibile. Si prende in riferimento un azienda agricola Veneta che produce differenti tipi di vini per raccontare poi quali sono le strategie aziendali in tema di sostenibilità messe in campo. Ci si sofferma sulle tecniche e modelli che utilizza l'agricoltura sostenibile per spostarsi su un tema sempre più emergente che è l'agricoltura 4.0.
