Le fonti internazionali ed eurounitarie di diritto del lavoro

This thesis deals with an in-dept analysis of the most relevant sources of international and euro-unitary labor law. Starting from the sources dating back over time we will arrive at those issued in the present day. The fundamental aspect that this thesis wants to highlight is how the employment relationship is today regulated not only at an internal level, but also through supranational and international sources, which strongly influence the values which the national legislator must then draw inspiration from.

Il presente elaborato si occupa di approfondire le fonti più rilevanti del diritto internazionale ed eurounitario del lavoro. Partendo da quelle più risalenti si arriverà a quelle emanate nei giorni nostri. L'aspetto fondamentale che questa tesi vuole evidenziare è come il rapporto di lavoro sia oggi regolato non solo a livello interno, ma anche tramite fonti sovranazionali ed internazionali, che condizionano fortemente i valori a cui deve poi ispirarsi lo stesso legislatore nazionale.
