Starting from existing components of the Hydraulic Quick Coupler, it will be necessary to improve its structure in order to achieve the required durability. A structural analysis of the component will be conducted using Finite Element Analysis (FEM), and the results will be validated through experimental tests. Subsequently, the theoretical model will be modified with the implementation of any countermeasures that may be needed.
Partendo da componenti esistenti dell'Hydraulic Quick Coupler bisognerà migliorare la sua struttura in modo da raggiungere la durabilità richiesta. Verrà effettuata un'analisi strutturale del componente attraverso analisi FEM ed i risultati verranno poi convalidati mediante prove sperimentali. Successivamente si procederà alla modifica del modello teorico con l'implementazione di eventuali contromisure da adottare.
