This thesis concerns the design of a GaN-based three-phase inverter for the eBike motors in test at the Electric Drives laboratory at the university of Padova. The thesis starts with a review of the current literature which highlights the critical aspects of such a project. Then the components selection and sizing is carried out. Finally, the last part concerns the actual PCB layout, analyzing the choices made in order to obtain a correct design of the board.
