I’m writing my master’s thesis on digital nomads (they are people who travel freely while working remotely using technology and the internet) and their integration into business operations and corporate culture. As the number of people who prefer this style of work grows every year, and younger generations join them, it is interesting to study how companies interact or could interact with workers who are constantly “remote” and could have a different value system from office employees. In the research part, I would like to pay attention specifically to the motivation behind on the part of companies hiring digital nomads.
