The following thesis illustrates an experimental research conducted in a fifth-grade primary class, the purpose of which involved teaching the transverse and longitudinal journey of food through a laboratory methodology. The aims of this proposal were, in fact, to discuss digestion through active, laboratory-based teaching, and to pay particular attention to the interconnecting relationships between the different parts of our bodies, with specific reference to the passage of nutrients from the intestine to the blood. The project involved two fifth-grade classes of the Istituto Comprensivo di Vedelago, one of which represented the experimental group and the other the control group. The purpose of the research was to verify whether a laboratory methodology has more significant effects on learning than traditional teaching based mainly on frontal lessons. Therefore, for the purpose of the research, a comparative analysis was conducted between the two classes, which faced the same topic with two different methodologies.

Abstract
Therefore, for the purpose of the research, a comparative analysis was conducted between the two classes, which faced the same topic with two different methodologies.File | Dimensione | Formato | |
