La Costituzione del Marocco: uno sguardo comparato

I chose the subject: "Comparative constitutional law" being the subject that I've loved and passionate the most during these years at the University of Padua. Together with my rapporteur: "Sergio Gerotto", we arrived at the choice of the title of my thesis: "The Constitution of Morocco: a comparative outlook". I chose this topic with the main goal of analyze the main element of a State, the Constitution, with the purpose to understand and deeply analyze my country of origin, Morocco, and in special way its relationship between constitution and religion.

Ho scelto la materia :"Diritto costituzionale comparato" essendo la materia che più mi ha appassionato durante la triennale. Assieme al mio relatore: "Sergio Gerotto", siamo arrivati alla scelta del titolo, ossia: "La costituzione del Marocco: uno sguardo comparato". Ho scelto questo argomento con lo scopo di analizzare l'elemento più importante di uno Stato, ossia la costituzione, con lo scopo di comprendere ed analizzare in maniera profonda il mio paese d'origine, ossia il Marocco, ed in special modo il suo rapporto tra costituzione e religione.
