LA CONTRATTAZIONE COLLETTIVA "VERDE" PER UN MODELLO DI SVILUPPO SOSTENIBILE.

In line with the ILO's programme on the so-called just transition, the environmental issue has become an important part of the industrial relations system, through interconfederal, sectoral, territorial and enterprise bargaining. There is a renewed commitment to participate in a broader process of reform towards a fairer, more cohesive and sustainable society. The right to collective bargaining has shown the possibility of achieving significant results, especially in certain productive sectors, in terms of the ability of the parties to define common objectives, joint strategies and coordinated actions on issues related to environmental protection and the improvement and resilience of the territory.

In coerenza con il programma dell’ILO sulla c.d. Just Transition, la questione ambientale ha assunto un rilievo importante nel sistema di relazioni industriali per il tramite della contrattazione di ambito interconfederale, settoriale, territoriale e aziendale. Si riscontra un rinnovato impegno di partecipazione a un processo di più ampia riforma verso una società più giusta, solidale e sostenibile. Il diritto contrattuale ha mostrato la possibilità di raggiungere significativi risultati, specie in taluni settori produttivi, in relazione alla capacità delle parti di definire obiettivi comuni, strategie congiunte e azioni coordinate sui temi connessi alla salvaguardia dell’ambiente e con la valorizzazione e resilienza del territorio.
