Additionally, the research underscores the significance of interdisciplinary collaboration in developing personalized care plans tailored to patients' preferences, values, and goals. By elucidating emerging trends and evidence-based strategies, this thesis aims to enhance the understanding and delivery of compassionate and individualized nutritional support and rehydration therapy for adult patients in palliative medical care.
