Confronto prestazionale tra reti a banda garantita e reti best-effort in contesti business

The objective of this study was to analyse and compare the performance of best-effort network lines and guaranteed bandwidth lines in an enterprise context. Bandwidth performance was evaluated by installing iperf servers in distributed locations. The main objective is to determine the performance differences between the two types of Internet connections, thus offering an important perspective for companies in choosing the network technology best suited to their needs and desired performance.

Il presente studio ha l'obiettivo di analizzare e confrontare le prestazione delle linee di rete best-effort e delle linee a banda garantita in un contesto aziendale. Sono state valutate le performance della larghezza di banda tramite l'installazione di server iperf in sedi distribuite. L'obiettivo principale è quello di determinare le differenze prestazionali tra le due tipologie di connessioni Internet, offrendo perciò un'importante prospettiva per le aziende nella scelta della tecnologia di rete più adatta alle loro esigenze e alle prestazioni desiderate.
