Foundation Models, revolutionary artificial intelligence models, are increasingly finding applications, including the futuristic integration into social networks to enhance user experience. However, this pioneering field is still underexplored in scientific literature due to its recent development. This is a significant gap considering their potential impact. This thesis aims to analyze the functionality, capabilities, and current and future applications of Foundation Models in social networks. The goal is to examine how these models can improve user experience by increasing engagement and optimizing content management. Through comparative analysis and the study of specific cases, this work aims to provide a comprehensive overview of the topic, enriching existing literature and outlining new directions for research and development in this crucial sector.

Abstract
Foundation Models, revolutionary artificial intelligence models, are increasingly finding applications, including the futuristic integration into social networks to enhance user experience. However, this pioneering field is still underexplored in scientific literature due to its recent development. This is a significant gap considering their potential impact. This thesis aims to analyze the functionality, capabilities, and current and future applications of Foundation Models in social networks. The goal is to examine how these models can improve user experience by increasing engagement and optimizing content management. Through comparative analysis and the study of specific cases, this work aims to provide a comprehensive overview of the topic, enriching existing literature and outlining new directions for research and development in this crucial sector.File | Dimensione | Formato | |
