Migrazioni e sfide nel contesto del Regolamento di Dublino: un'analisi delle criticità e delle possibili soluzioni.

The Dublin Regulation has introduced various mechanism in order to allocate migrants in different countries. The Regulation requires that the countries of first entry are responsible for the examination of their asylum application. For that reason, the Regulation provoked a lack of balance in the system. The thesis analyses the main issues of the Regulation and offers other alternatives.

Il Regolamento di Dublino prevede meccanismi tali per cui la responsabiità di esaminare la domanda di asilo ricade soprattutto sui paesi di primo ingresso. Conseguentemente, soprattutto questi paesi, hanno evidenziato le carenze e le criticità dello stesso. La tesi si occupa di analizzare gli aspetti maggiormente critici del Regolamento e di proporre possibili alternative.
