Avvelenamenti animali nel Triveneto: quadri anatomopatologici a confronto

Thesis project aims at a deeper understanding of the pathological frameworks observed in animals exposed to specific toxic molecules. For the dataset production, data related to autopsies and inspections carried out for suspected poisoning were extracted from the Izilab management portal, belonging to the period between 2020-2021 in the area of competence of the Istituto Zooprofilattico delle Venezie. Through the use of advanced statistical methods, it was possible to accurately evaluate the correlation between the variables under examination. This approach has allowed to identify any patterns or trends in the data, thus offering a more complete perspective on the interactions between autopsy lesions and toxic molecules.

Il progetto di tesi mira a una comprensione più approfondita dei quadri anatomopatologici osservati negli animali esposti a molecole tossiche specifiche. Per la produzione del dataset sono stati estratti i dati relativi ad esami autoptici ed ispettivi svolti per sospetto avvelenamento dal portale gestionale di Izilab, appartenenti al periodo compreso fra gli anni 2020-2021 nel territorio di competenza dell’Istituto zooprofilattico delle Venezie. Attraverso l'uso di metodi statistici avanzati, è stato possibile valutare in modo accurato la correlazione fra le variabili in esame. Questo approccio ha consentito di identificare eventuali pattern o tendenze nei dati, offrendo così una prospettiva più completa sulle interazioni tra le lesioni autoptiche e le molecole tossiche.
