The thesis also proposes operational strategies to integrate electric micromobility with the goal of promoting more sustainable and accessible tourism. La tesi di laurea esplora il tema della destinazione turistica smart, con un focus particolare su Verona e l'utilizzo della micromobilità elettrica per migliorare l'esperienza turistica. L'analisi inizia con una panoramica storica e concettuale del turismo, passando poi ad approfondimenti sulla gestione delle destinazioni turistiche, il ruolo delle tecnologie innovative e la micromobilità elettrica in contesti urbani turistici. Attraverso una serie di capitoli ben strutturati, la ricerca evidenzia come Verona possa trasformarsi in una Smart Tourism Destination, analizzando i flussi turistici, l'offerta turistica, e l'impatto delle politiche regionali. La tesi propone inoltre strategie operative per integrare la micromobilità elettrica con l'obiettivo di promuovere un turismo più sostenibile e accessibile.
