L'indebito previdenziale e assistenziale

In this study the topic of undue social security will be analysed, we will first proceed with an analysis of the art. 2033 c.c. (“objective undue debt”) and following, to then move on to analyze and explore the matter in the social security field, taking into consideration the recent rulings of the Constitutional Court.

In questo studio verrà analizzato il tema dell’indebito previdenziale , si procederà dapprima con un’analisi dell’art. 2033 c.c. (“indebito oggettivo”) e seguenti, per poi passare ad analizzare e approfondire la materia in ambito previdenziale, tenendo in considerazione le recenti pronunce della Corte Costituzionale.
